Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement marketing automation strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to marketing processes and best practices.
- Train and support client teams on Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its various components.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is a plus.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing technology, specifically with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
