Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure SAP HCM Payroll solutions according to client requirements.
- Provide production support and resolve issues related to payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and payroll policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate payroll with other SAP HCM modules.
- Conduct testing and validation of payroll processes to ensure accuracy.
- Train end-users and provide documentation for payroll processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with 8-10 years in the field.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and payroll schemas.
- Experience in SAP HCM modules and integration capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
