Salesforce Developer - Contract - Hybrid

Our client is seeking a Mid-level Salesforce Developer for a contract position with a hybrid work model based in Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and configuring Salesforce Agentforce solutions and supporting Salesforce and Data Cloud changes within the Agentforce delivery squad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and configure Agentforce, Salesforce, and Data Cloud changes.
• Develop assigned Salesforce features, configuration, and automation.
• Contribute to the delivery of agentic solutions using Salesforce Agentforce.
• Support refinement of requirements, user stories, and technical tasks.
• Work with the Technical Lead to understand solution design and build approach.
• Configure and develop Salesforce Service Cloud and supporting CRM capabilities.
• Support testing of functional performance, data behavior, and integrations.
• Investigate and resolve defects during build, test, and release phases.
• Prepare development work for deployment in line with release standards.
• Support deployment activities and post-deployment validation.
• Collaborate with the Agentforce delivery squad and wider CRM programme teams.
• Maintain clear documentation for configuration, development, and handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Salesforce development and configuration experience in a project delivery environment.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Salesforce Flow, Lightning Web Components, or equivalent platform capabilities.
• Good understanding of Salesforce data models, objects, fields, permissions, and automation.
• Experience supporting Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM service capabilities.
• Ability to interpret requirements and translate them into Salesforce configuration or development tasks.
• Experience supporting testing, defect fixing, and deployment preparation.
• Understanding of integration concepts and data movement in Salesforce.
• Good troubleshooting skills across Salesforce configuration, data, and automation.
• Ability to work effectively within an agile delivery squad.
• Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce Platform Developer or App Builder certification is preferred.
