Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and design tailored Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions.
- Implement and configure Salesforce Revenue Cloud features to optimize revenue management processes.
- Integrate Salesforce Einstein, Service Cloud Voice, and Amazon Connect into client workflows.
- Provide training and support to clients to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Analyze data and generate reports to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of AI applications and their integration with Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce consulting, with a focus on Revenue Cloud.
