About this role
Our client is seeking a Salesforce Communications Cloud EPC CPQ Developer to join a 12-month contract engagement. This role is focused on building and configuring Enterprise Product Catalog and CPQ solutions that facilitate complex telecommunications product and quoting flows. The position allows for remote work, but candidates must be available during ANZ business hours for effective collaboration with the delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and develop Salesforce Communications Cloud solutions with a focus on EPC and CPQ.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the solutions are scalable, efficient, and meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the EPC and CPQ functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing implementations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, particularly in EPC and CPQ modules.
- Proven track record of developing and configuring complex solutions within Salesforce.
- Familiarity with telecommunications industry standards and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development, specifically with EPC and CPQ.
