About this role
Our client is seeking a Sales Director for their Tech Cloud division. In this role, you will drive the adoption of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) across customers' IaaS and PaaS environments, including distributed, public, and private cloud portfolios. You will help customers solve critical business challenges, such as accelerating decision-making with AI-powered insights or meeting demanding service-level expectations, by delivering strategic cloud solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote OCI adoption among customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and tailor cloud solutions accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in client organizations.
- Identify and address customer challenges, leveraging cloud technologies to provide effective solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales tactics and strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cloud sales, with a strong understanding of IaaS and PaaS offerings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in cloud environments is a plus.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technology-driven environment.
Experience: 8-10 years in technology sales, preferably within cloud solutions.
