About this role
As a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer at our client, you will play a crucial role in leading and delivering impactful AI integration and automation projects for the Customer Experience (CX) organization. This hybrid role allows you to work remotely for 2 days a week while being in the office for 3 days, located in Cessana Business Park, Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build tools and features in the AI Assistant with a focus on both backend and frontend development.
- Design, build, and maintain APIs using Ruby on Rails.
- Collaborate on Python-based services utilizing FastAPI.
- Develop engaging user interfaces using React and Redux.
- Focus on AI/ML integration, utilizing frameworks and libraries such as LangChain, LangGraph, and prompt engineering.
- Participate in model deployment and integration, ensuring seamless API-driven service delivery.
Qualifications Required:
- Strong experience (5+ years) with Ruby on Rails.
- Proven ability to design, build, and maintain APIs in Rails.
- Experience with FastAPI for Python-based services.
- Proficient in frontend development using React and Redux.
- Basic understanding of Kubernetes is a plus.
