Our client is seeking a Ruby on Rails Developer to join their small independent studio, focusing on quality web design and development work. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a designer, driving projects from concept to a functional solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs into functional web applications.
- Conduct maintenance and bug fixing to ensure optimal performance of applications.
- Write and maintain technical documentation for projects.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with database management systems, preferably PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development.
