Our client is seeking a skilled Ruby Full Stack Developer to join their team for a 6-month contract, which may be extended. This role is based in Bangalore and offers a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ruby on Rails development and a passion for building robust applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using AngularJS and Angular (2).
- Design and manage relational databases, with a focus on MySQL; experience with Aurora MySQL is a plus.
- Utilize AWS ECS and other cloud technologies to deploy and manage applications.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.
- Proficiency in AngularJS and Angular (2).
- Strong experience with relational databases, particularly MySQL.
- Familiarity with AWS ECS and cloud technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
