We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will report to the Director of Quality Engineering & Testing and play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for various applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop test strategies.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in QA automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Automation testing.
