Our client is looking for a Principal Associate - Software Engineering with a Fullstack focus to join their International Cardtech team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building innovative solutions and tackling complex business challenges in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and user experience.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, including but not limited to JavaScript, React, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
- Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong collaborative mindset.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant software engineering experience, with a focus on fullstack development.
