PHP Team lead

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced PHP Team Lead to join their dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Laravel, a deep understanding of OOP principles, PHP coding standards, and experience in unit testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of PHP developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in PHP, with strong experience in Laravel framework.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Familiarity with PHP coding standards and best practices.
• Experience with unit testing and test-driven development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Experience:

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in PHP development and team leadership.
