Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple PHP development projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Utilize core PHP and various PHP/MySQL frameworks, including Symfony, CodeIgniter, Yii, Drupal, and Vtiger.
- Implement best practices in coding and project management methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with MVC architecture and proficiency in Jquery and CSS.
- Proven track record of developing scalable web applications.
- Familiarity with open-source tools such as Drupal and Vtiger is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience: 5-8 years in project management and PHP development.
