Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement performance testing strategies to ensure system reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate performance testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights to improve application performance.
- Translate business and technical requirements into effective performance testing approaches.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to enhance system performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
- Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience with scripting languages and automation frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
