Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement PeopleSoft HCM solutions tailored to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform system configuration, customization, and integration tasks within PeopleSoft HCM.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PeopleSoft applications.
- Conduct testing and validation of solutions to ensure quality and performance.
- Provide support and training to end-users on PeopleSoft functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with PeopleSoft HCM modules and related technologies.
- Proficiency in PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Component Interface.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in PeopleSoft development and support.
