Our client is seeking experienced Oracle Retail Cloud Functional and Techno-Functional Consultants to support large-scale Oracle Retail implementation, upgrade, and support initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to grow in an innovative environment on a 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and implement Oracle Retail Cloud solutions tailored to client needs.
- Provide functional and technical expertise during the implementation process.
- Support system upgrades and enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Retail applications.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Oracle Retail Cloud solutions.
- Strong understanding of retail business processes and operations.
- Ability to bridge the gap between functional and technical teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Retail implementations and support.
