Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join their dynamic team in India. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using our client's solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on the integration of our client's technology with existing systems such as SAP and Salesforce.
- Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services to clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and their applications in business processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Knowledge of unstructured data and its implications in business operations is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in account management or sales, with a focus on enterprise clients.
