This role is pivotal in managing end-to-end IT integration projects, coordinating multiple workstreams, and ensuring successful delivery against strategic milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT integration projects during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Identify risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity of goals and expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on M&A or large-scale integration projects.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and systems integration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder engagement.
