Our client is seeking an Order Handler for their ONE ERP journey, specifically within the Ocean & Service Team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the design and implementation of ERP systems, focusing on Order to Cash processes. This position is essential for developing the ERP blueprint for various order management steps, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for order management processes.
- Design and implement ERP solutions that streamline order handling and improve efficiency.
- Analyze current order management processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to team members on new ERP functionalities.
- Monitor and report on the performance of order management processes post-implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in order management or ERP implementation.
- Strong understanding of Order to Cash processes and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
