Our client is seeking an experienced .Net Developer with Oracle expertise to join their offshore team as a Tech Lead. This role is focused on driving the Servers Upgrade project, which involves upgrading .NET applications, Oracle databases, and server infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET and Oracle technologies, along with proven experience in leading upgrade and migration projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the upgrade and migration of .NET applications and Oracle databases.
- Oversee server infrastructure enhancements and ensure seamless integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the upgrade process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in .NET framework and related technologies.
- Extensive experience with Oracle databases and SQL.
- Proven track record of leading upgrade/migration projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Experience:
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in .NET and Oracle technologies.
