This role is crucial for driving their Servers Upgrade project, which involves upgrading .NET applications, Oracle databases, and server infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in .NET and Oracle technologies, along with proven experience in leading upgrade and migration projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the upgrade of .NET applications and Oracle databases.
- Oversee server infrastructure improvements and migrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Develop and implement best practices for software development and database management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in .NET framework and Oracle database management.
- Proven experience in leading upgrade and migration projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with server infrastructure and cloud technologies is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years and up to 10 years of relevant experience in .NET and Oracle technologies.
