Our client is seeking a Mobile Game Developer with expertise in Solar2D (formerly Corona SDK) to join their team. This remote contractor role focuses on creating innovative gameplay experiences for both iOS and Android platforms. You will be instrumental in developing rapid, monetization-ready prototypes and high-performance games.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, prototype, and develop cross-platform mobile games using Solar2D.
- Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement engaging gameplay mechanics.
- Optimize game performance for various devices and platforms.
- Conduct playtesting and gather feedback to refine game features.
- Stay updated with industry trends and integrate new technologies into game development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
