Our client is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 AI Developer to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This role focuses on designing and implementing AI solutions for back-office contact centers, enhancing customer support through advanced technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI solutions utilizing the Dynamics Contact Center solution.
- Develop virtual assistants for voice and chat interactions.
- Create intelligent routing systems to optimize customer inquiries.
- Build and maintain Natural Language Processing (NLP) models to analyze customer inquiries across various channels including voice, chat, and email.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its AI capabilities.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks.
- Experience in developing virtual assistants and intelligent routing systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, especially Azure.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in AI development, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
