About this role
Our client is seeking a Manual Tester to join their team in Bengaluru on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and experience in the financial services sector, particularly in credit card issues, maintenance, and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough manual testing to ensure the quality of software products.
- Analyze requirements and create detailed test cases and test data.
- Perform test scope estimations and coordinate with project teams.
- Understand and execute ACH batch processing, payments clearing, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Utilize tools such as Webdriver.io for UI automation, with a preference for experience in Selenium or Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in QA testing, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
- Strong knowledge of credit card processing and payment systems.
- Familiarity with Fiserv and its applications is a significant plus.
- Proficient in requirement analysis and test case creation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
