Our client is seeking a skilled Manager - Salesforce Admin to oversee and enhance their Salesforce platform. This role is crucial for ensuring that the Salesforce system is effectively managed and optimized to meet the needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert on Salesforce administration and system ownership.
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, and permissions to ensure data security and integrity.
  • Customize Salesforce applications to align with business processes and improve user experience.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement new features.
  • Provide training and support to users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing Salesforce tools.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and new features to continuously improve the system.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Salesforce administration and management.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years in Salesforce administration or a related role.
