Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Subject Matter Expert on Salesforce administration and system ownership.
- Manage user accounts, profiles, and permissions to ensure data security and integrity.
- Customize Salesforce applications to align with business processes and improve user experience.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement new features.
- Provide training and support to users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing Salesforce tools.
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and new features to continuously improve the system.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Salesforce administration and management.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in Salesforce administration or a related role.
