MANAGER – FINANCE, MIS, ERP & BUSINESS STRATEGY

Our client is a fast-growing fuel and energy company based in Gaborone, Botswana, committed to leveraging technology, data, automation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive operational excellence and business growth. We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious finance professional to join our team as a Manager – Finance, MIS, ERP & Business Strategy.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing the implementation and optimization of ERP systems, and developing business strategies that align with our digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance team in managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings through technology and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• 5-8 years of experience in finance management, MIS, or ERP implementation.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in ERP software and financial management tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
