About this role
Our client is seeking a Senior Magento Developer to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and designing responsive eCommerce portals using Magento 2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop eCommerce solutions using Magento 2.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in PHP, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Magento and other technologies used in the project.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4 to 7 years of experience in Magento development, with at least 2 years specifically in Magento 2.
- Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Strong backend development skills in PHP and MySQL.
- Experience with responsive design and eCommerce best practices.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
