Our client is seeking a dynamic and proactive Learning & Development Partnerships Management Specialist to lead their partnerships within the Learning & Development (L&D) ecosystem. This full-time role is based in Bangalore and involves building and managing strategic collaborations with freelance trainers, training vendors, LMS platforms, and other related partners to support the delivery of high-quality training programs globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the L&D ecosystem.
- Identify and onboard freelance trainers and training vendors to enhance program offerings.
- Collaborate with LMS platforms to ensure seamless integration and delivery of training content.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and training programs.
- Work closely with internal teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in partnership management, preferably in the L&D sector.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
