Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training programs tailored for student entrepreneurs.
- Facilitate workshops and mentorship sessions to enhance participants' skills.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and participant progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of training initiatives.
- Provide operational support to streamline onboarding processes and participant engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or coaching.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and training tools.
