Our client is seeking a highly skilled Lead IDMC Developer to drive the design, development, and optimization of enterprise data integration and management solutions within their energy organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of data integration solutions using IDMC.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Ensure data quality and integrity across all integration solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and development techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in data integration and management technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with IDMC and related data integration tools.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or similar.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in data integration and management, with a focus on IDMC solutions.
