Our client is seeking a Junior Global Service Desk Associate to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the healthcare process by providing exceptional customer service and technical support to users across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve service desk inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist users with hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Document and track all support requests in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Provide training and support for new software and technologies implemented within the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT support principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or IT support role is preferred.
