Our client is seeking an experienced IT Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will analyze client business requirements and propose scalable solution options to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client business requirements and propose scalable solution options.
- Design, configure, and implement enhancements for various portals including Public Portal (English & French) for nomination intake and Selection Committee Member Portal.
- Develop and manage a Case Management System (CMS) and integrate SharePoint Online.
- Update technical architecture and functional design documents to reflect changes and enhancements.
- Manage and administer cloud-based environments including DEV, UAT, and PROD.
- Collaborate with OPS stakeholders on system integration and implementation projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT consulting with a strong understanding of cloud environments.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing web portals and case management systems.
- Experience with SharePoint Online and related integrations.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in IT consulting and system integration.
