About this role
We are looking for an expert to join our team and drive the integration and optimization of Product Information Management (PIM) systems and AI-powered search/recommendation technologies. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams, including business stakeholders, product owners, and frontend CMS teams, to deliver scalable and seamless omnichannel product content solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable Inriver PIM solutions for global product catalogs.
- Optimize and integrate Coveo search technologies to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of PIM systems.
- Provide technical support and training to team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues related to PIM and search technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Inriver PIM and Coveo.
- Strong understanding of product information management and e-commerce solutions.
- Proficiency in integrating PIM systems with various platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in PIM and search technology integration.
