About this role
We are currently hiring for an Infrastructure Engineer role on behalf of our client. This is a remote, contract-based opportunity for professionals skilled in CDK for Terraform (CDKTF) and TypeScript.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure solutions using CDKTF. You will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications in cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement infrastructure as code using CDK for Terraform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure requirements.
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
- Document infrastructure designs and processes for future reference.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CDK for Terraform (CDKTF) and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of cloud services, preferably AWS.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience: 4-6 years in infrastructure engineering or related field.
