About this role

Our client is seeking an Information Technology Service Desk professional for a contract to hire position. This role involves providing exceptional support in a voice process environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for IT-related issues via voice communication.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Assist users with software and hardware inquiries.
  • Document and track incidents in the service desk system.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in a service desk or technical support role.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work night shifts on a rotational basis.
  • PF or Form 16 documentation is mandatory.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT service desk or technical support.
