The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for IT-related issues via voice communication.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Assist users with software and hardware inquiries.
- Document and track incidents in the service desk system.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in a service desk or technical support role.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus.
- Ability to work night shifts on a rotational basis.
- PF or Form 16 documentation is mandatory.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT service desk or technical support.
