In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of quality engineers and providing guidance in multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers in performance testing.
- Develop and implement testing strategies using JMeter.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key metrics for application performance.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the quality engineering team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in performance testing, specifically with JMeter.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in leading teams and managing projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
