About this role
Our client is seeking a Technical Lead / Senior Consultant in Oracle Cloud Service to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-performance, scalable customer service solutions using Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow). You will lead the end-to-end configuration, optimization, and governance of core modules such as Incidents, Contacts, Surveys, and Custom Objects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of Oracle Service Cloud solutions.
- Configure and optimize core modules to meet business requirements.
- Ensure governance and compliance with enterprise security standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) implementation and configuration.
- Proficiency in core modules including Incidents, Contacts, Surveys, and Custom Objects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in project management and leading teams is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in Oracle Service Cloud or related fields.
