Our client is seeking a seasoned ForgeRock Architect / Technical Lead to drive enterprise-grade Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions across PAN-India locations. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing secure, scalable IAM strategies using ForgeRock Access Management (AM) and Directory Services (DS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical design and integration efforts for IAM solutions.
- Ensure robust Single Sign-On (SSO) and federation implementations.
- Oversee identity governance processes aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define IAM requirements and solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Stay updated with IAM trends and best practices to enhance solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with ForgeRock Access Management (AM) and Directory Services (DS).
- Strong understanding of identity governance and administration.
- Experience with SSO and federation technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in IAM solutions architecture and implementation.
