Our client is seeking an experienced Guidewire InsuranceNow Technical Architect to lead solution design, architecture, and implementation for Property & Casualty insurance programs. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, define best practices, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing InsuranceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for InsuranceNow implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Define and enforce best practices for development, deployment, and maintenance of InsuranceNow applications.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of InsuranceNow solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in insurance technology.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Guidewire InsuranceNow, including architecture and implementation.
- Proficiency in Property & Casualty insurance processes and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with cloud technologies and platforms is a plus.
Experience:
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in technical architecture and solution design.
