Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the organization’s budget and prepare financial reports.
- Advise on fund allocation for hiring and retention of personnel.
- Contribute to the development of organizational strategies to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
- Assist with quality assurance for organizational data products.
- Collaborate with the Office of Performance Excellence on organizational roles and performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data management and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and budgeting tools.
- Experience with data analysis software and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or data management.
