Our client is seeking a Feedback Synthesis Specialist to join their team remotely. This role focuses on user and customer research, as well as the synthesis of feedback to enhance AI-generated outputs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in evaluating creative and technical work within AI research contexts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
- Identify factual, aesthetic, and usability issues in AI outputs.
- Synthesize user feedback to inform product improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance project outcomes.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on evaluations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in user research and feedback synthesis.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with quality assessment frameworks and rubrics.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in a relevant field, preferably in AI or tech-related environments.
