Our client is seeking an Expert Site Reliability Engineer to provide technical guidance and support on an ongoing basis. This role involves collaboration with both internal technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and integration of proposed solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide continual technical guidance and support to the client.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to implement and integrate solutions effectively.
- Work with business stakeholders and Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to understand business requirements and objectives.
- Design solutions that align with hosting best practices, industry standards, and organizational business priorities.
- Develop and document overall technical solutions and strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in site reliability engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and hosting environments.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools.
- Experience with monitoring and performance tuning of applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in site reliability engineering or a similar role.
