About this role
Our client is seeking an experienced ESaaS - Oracle - Functional - Cloud HCM Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM and a deep understanding of various HCM modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Time Management, and Absence Management.
- Develop and maintain HCM reporting tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM extract reports.
- Manage data loads using HDL and spreadsheet data load techniques, ensuring accuracy and debugging errors as necessary.
- Configure roles and security settings within the HCM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM extracts reports.
- Strong knowledge of HDL and spreadsheet data load processes.
- Familiarity with VBCS and Redwood configurations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
