Our client is seeking an experienced ERPNext Implementation Consultant to join their team on a contract basis. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to implement and optimize ERPNext solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of ERPNext, ensuring alignment with business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the ERP system.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the ERPNext platform.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in implementing ERPNext or similar ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of business processes in the Energy and Defence sectors.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation and consulting.
