About this role

Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead long-term contracts with large corporations. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between high-level corporate strategy and ground-level sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor Enterprise Account Executives (AEs) through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within enterprise accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales management, with a strong track record of closing large deals.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching abilities, with a focus on team development.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales processes and engage with multiple stakeholders.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in enterprise sales or a related field is required.
