Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Cluster Manager to join their team in Chandigarh. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of multiple clusters within the enterprise environment, ensuring high availability and reliability of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor enterprise clusters to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cluster performance and stability.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to cluster architecture and processes.
- Conduct regular capacity planning and performance tuning.
- Implement best practices for security and compliance within the clusters.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing enterprise clusters, with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in cluster management or a similar role.
