Our client is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their Platform Team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of platform features and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software engineering and team management.
- Strong knowledge of platform architecture and design principles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
- Experience with cloud technologies and platforms, preferably AWS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
