Our client is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their Data Platform team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and deployment of data solutions that enhance the software delivery process. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers focused on data platform development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in data engineering, data architecture, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, or similar data processing frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for data-driven decision making.
Experience: 5-8 years in data engineering or related fields, with at least 2 years in a management role.
