Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a software engineering leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
