Our client is seeking a highly skilled DotNet Lead to join their team on a six-month contract basis, with the possibility of extension. This role requires a strong technical leader who can work both as an individual contributor and a tech lead, actively participating in development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a scrum team, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Develop applications using C#.NET, ASP.NET Core, and Blazor technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in C#.NET and ASP.NET Core or Blazor technologies.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, Blazor Web Assembly, Blazor Server, and T-SQL.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a technical team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience:

• 10-12 years of overall experience in software development, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.
